Responsible for the process development and implementation of IC products from wafer and package testing, including:
1. Develop plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) technology for semiconductor thin films (silicon oxide, silicon nitride, silicon carbide, etc.) on 12 inch wafers, and continuously improve and optimize film deposition technology and film material properties
2. Use, maintain and manage analytical equipment and instruments for thin film materials
