1. Assist in drafting and revising various legal documents
2. Follow up the performance of the contract and feed back the performance problems in time
3. Assist in the establishment and closing of legal projects, and be responsible for data collection, summary and information feedback
4. Track the time progress of litigation or arbitration cases and file relevant documents
5. Be responsible for organizing and completing the legal training within the company
6. Assist to complete the audit of the company's internal documents
7. Complete the work arranged by the Secretary Office in a timely and efficient manner.
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in law or other related fields
