1. Organize and implement recruitment, including but not limited to the organization and implementation of special job fairs, resume screening, interview arrangement, employment communication and approval, offer issuance and relevant preparation before employment
3. Responsible for handling five insurances and one fund for employees and commercial insurance
3. Hardware data acquisition and processing
4. Be responsible for foreign experts' entry, work related documents and other foreign affairs
5. Follow up the science and technology related policies issued by government departments in time, and be responsible for project planning and information collection
6. Organize and participate in the project declaration, acceptance, closing and other work, responsible for project related subsidies, tariff qualification review
7. Cooperate with national and local departments and alliances to organize research, statistics, report and summarize materials, maintain daily communication with project leaders, and maintain good relationship.
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource, English, law and engineering
2. At least 3 years HR recruitment experience, semiconductor industry is preferred
3. Familiar with recruitment process and recruitment channels, familiar with national laws and regulations on labor contract and human resource management
4. Affinity, strong communication skills, good team spirit and organization and coordination ability
5. Positive and enterprising, optimistic and cheerful, hardworking, willing to grow together with the company.
