On December 5th, 2016, the new campus for Piotech in Hunnan District of Shenyang City was officially opened.
Piotech started the construction of its new facility in August 2015. This facility is the first industrial base in China dedicated to semiconductor thin-film equipment, with a total investment of 150 million yuan. The project was completed in just one year and three months. The new facility covers an area over 50,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 40,000 square meters. It has a total of 2,800 square meters of Class 10, Class 100, and Class 1,000 of cleanrooms. In its first phase of system manufacturing, an annual output of 100 sets of equipment can be realized, and an annual production capacity of 350 sets of equipment can be achieved when manufacturing capacity is fully utilized.
